QUEZON City, Philippines, June 18 (Eagle News) — According to Magdalo party-list representative Gary Alejano, the ceremonial decommissioning of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) has no significant effect on the military capability of the MILF because said group has ten weapon factories in their camp in Mindanao.
