MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Various militant groups staged protests outside the United States embassy condemning the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) as well as the 2015 Balikatan exercises.
According to the militant groups, the said agreement only benefits the United States (US).
