MAKATI City, Philippines, May 20 (Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is asking the public to consider taking rescue training as PHIVOLCS issued a detailed map showing the West and East Valley Fault lines, both of which may cause strong earthquakes.
