All motorists are advised to avoid the following routes from July 27 to July 28 and instead make use of inner roads/secondary roads of the following like Sta. Maria – San Jose Old Road and Sta. Maria to Manga to avoid the Sta. Maria By-pass Road. Motorists should also take the Old Cagayan Valley Road and the Malolos Plaridel Road to avoid the Doña Remedios Trinidad Highway as well as the Landicho-Sandico Road in the town of Marilao up to Saluysoy – Hulo Banga Road in Meycauayan, Bulacan to avoid the MacArthur Highway.
I – MacArthur Highway from Calumpit, Bulacan to Valenzulea will be used as “Parking Area” for those who will attend the centennial celebration of the Iglesia Ni Cristo from the following regions:
1 – Cordillera Autonomous Region (CAR) –from Calumpit, Bulacan to Malolos Bulacan.
2 – Region 3 – from Malolos, Bulacan to Tabang, Bulakan
3 – MM EAST (NCR) – Mula Guiguinto Bulakan hanggang Tabang Bulakan
4 – Region 1 – From Bocaue, Bulacan to Guiguinto, Bulacan
5 – MM WEST (NCR) – from Bocaue, Bulacan to Marilao Bulacan (both side)
6 – Region 2 – From Bocaue, Bulacan to Marilao, Bulacan (both side)
7 – MM NORTH (NCR) – From Marilao Bulacan to Valenzuela Manila. (both side)
One lane of MacArthur Highway is designated as parking for buses except for places with “driveways” as well as where bridges are being constructed in Balagtas, Bulacan and the roads of Sta. Rita – Waltermart Plaridel, Marilao, Bulacan and Valenzuela, Manila. The wide area from Bocaue, Bulacan to Valenzuela will use one lane each for each direction as parking area.
II – At the Doña Remedios Trinidad Highway, the shoulder of the road will be used for parking from Tabang up to San Rafael, Bulacan. This is the designated parking area of buses from Region 5 (1 Km) and Quezon City (12 Km)
III – The Balagtas by-pass road from Balagtas up to Bustos, Bulacan will be used as parking for buses from Region 4A (12 Km) and Region 4B (1 Km).
IV – The Sta. Maria by-pass road from Sta. Maria, Bulakan to Norzagaray, Bulacan will be used as parking for buses for Metro Manila Central (12 Km) as well as from the Visayas Region (1 Km).
The Mindanao Avenue Extension (newly-constructed road – 3km) and the Smart Connect – Segment 9 (1 Km) will be used as parking for buses coming from Metro Manila South.
