The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is asking motorists to avoid Gil Puyat Avenue and Roxas Boulevard on May 21-23 for the World Eco Forum on East Asia, which will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center or PICC. Two heads of state and more than 600 government and business leaders will from more than 30 countries will attend the said event.
