MAKATI City, Philippines – According to Metro Manila Development Authority, ever since the start of the “Oplan Baklas”, it has confiscated 9 tons of illegal campaign materials. Said materials will be donated to organizations that will recycle said materials. The MMDA plans to assign personnel to do monitoring during nighttime which is the time when illegal campaign materials are installed.
