With the coming of the holiday season, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority commenced its bike sharing program with 40 additional bicycles. The program was started last 2013.
Said program is one of the solutions promoted by the MMDA in alleviating the traffic problem. The bicycles can be burrowed by the commuters for free and runs on the honor system, with commuters expected to return the borrowed bicycles.
