MAKATI City, Philippines – The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) gave dismantled campaign materials weighing almost a ton to the Babuyan Island Mission, a non-governmental organization, for recycling. Said campaign materials were dismantled during the “Operation Baklas” for violation of campaign rules and regulations.
