QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority plans to extend the “no window hour” policy of the number-coding scheme up to June 2017.
According to MMDA Director Tim Orbos, the policy was successful in lessening the traffic problem in Metro Manila since it was implemented.
The “no window hour” policy was implemented in November 2016.
