(Eagle News)–The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has suspended the number-coding scheme for public utility vehicles on Tuesday, April 23.
This was in light of the suspension of operations of the Metro Rail Transit, the Light Rail Transit 1, and the LRT-2 following the 6.1- magnitude quake.
The epicenter of the quake, which struck at 5:11 p m., was Castillejos.
An Intensity V was reported in Quezon City, Manila, among others.
At least five were reported dead in Pampanga.
