MANILA, Philippine (Eagle News) — Thomas Orbos, officer-in-charge and manager of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Wednesday (December 28) said that two private properties in Quezon City and a government property in Makati City will be opened to motorists to further ease traffic congestion in the National Capital Region.
