MAKATI City, Philippines, May 18 (Eagle News) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is taking steps to prepare for possible movements of the West Valley fault. The MMDA already drafted an executive order which will authorize an annual metro-wide earthquake drill.
