QUEZON City, Philippines – Davao City Representative Pantaleon Alvarez is expecting more congressmen to transfer to PDP-Laban, President-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s party.
Alvarez estimates that around 100 more congressman would make the switch before Congress starts its next session. Most of these congressmen would be coming from the Liberal Party,
