MANILA, Philippines, June 1 (Eagle News) — More senators support the filing of a plunder case against Vice-President Jejomar Binay. Two more senators, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero and Senator Serge Osmeña will also sign the draft report of the Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee, which recommends the filing of the plunder case.
Earlier, four senators already signed the draft report, namely, Senator Grace Poe, Senator Antonio Trillanes, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano and Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel, head of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee. Nine signatures are needed for the filing of the plunder case.
