More than 3,000 passengers stranded due to tropical storm “Salome”

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — More than 3, 000 passengers were stranded in ports and harbor all over Southern Tagalog and Bicol regions due to tropical storm “Salome.”

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is strictly implementing Memorandum Circular No. 02-13 or Guidelines for Sea Travel during inclement weather.

Meanwhile, storm warning signals have been lifted as tropical storm “Salome” moved farther from land and out over the West Philippine Sea.
