Most cloudy skies and fair weather expected today

As of 4 a.m. today, PAGASA said that only a low pressure area (LPA) remains in the country and is estimated to be 215 kilometers northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.  Tropical Depression Chedeng had been further downgraded into a low pressure area after it continued to weaken since yesterday.

Only the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds coming from the southeast to east will prevail over Luzon.  Its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
