Mountain Province and Kalinga to experience 11 hour brownout

MAY 5 (Eagle News) — According to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), the province of Kalinga as well as the Mountain Province will experience an 11-hour power interruption. (Mountain Province, Philippines)
