EDSA, Metro Manila, Philippines, August 12 (Eagle News) — According to one of the spokesperson of Vice-President Jejomar Binay’s camp, the MRT has seven maintenance contractors under the term of Transportation and Communication Secretary Joseph Abaya, which leads to said contractors pointing fingers at each other whenever said transport system encounters technical difficulties.
Binay’s camp added that one of the owners of the maintenance contractors is a fundraiser and campaigner of the Liberal Party during the 2010 elections.
