The Metro Railway Transit or MRT-3 suffered another systems failure, to the detriment of commuters. Chairman of the Senate Sub-Committee on Transportation, Senator Grace Poe criticized the Aquino administration for said failure, adding that the government should take responsibility and stop blaming the past administration.
