QUEZON City, Philippines – The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) is confident that it holds enough evidence to file administrative charges against former NCRPO Chief Director Joel Pagdilao and Chief Supt. Edgardo Tinio, two of the five former PNP generals allegedly connected with the illegal drug trade.
According to NAPOLCOM Vice Chairman Rogelio Casurao, Pagdilao and Tinio failed to observe standard operating procedures regarding anti-drug operations.
Casurao admitted that the NAPOLCOM may have no evidence to directly connect Pagdilao and Tinio with the illegal drug trade but such evidence sufficient for the filing of administrative charges against the two.
