QUEZON City, Philippines – The National Board of Canvassers will continue with the proclamation of winners even if President-elect Rodrigo Duterte said that he will not attend the same. According to Senate President Franklin Drilon, there is no problem if Duterte does not attend the proclamation, adding that his non-attendance has no legal effect.
