NCCA agrees to subtract floors for “national photobomber”

MANILA, Philippines, June 18 (Eagle News) — The National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) agreed that instead of the total demolition of Torre De Manila, they will allow the developer to lessen the number of floors instead.

According to the NCCA, they issued a cease-and-desist order last January when it was noticed that the building is growing higher than the agreed upon seven-floor limit around the Rizal Monument.
