QUEZON City, Philippines – The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council was placed under blue alert due to the severe tropical storm “Nina”, with its constituent government departments and agencies holding a disaster risk assessment meeting to make sure that areas affected by “Nina” are well prepared for the storm’s onslaught.
