AUGUST 20 (Eagle News) — The new expressway that is being built to connect the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 and 2 to the Entertainment City will be used in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) on November, despite not being open to the public due to issues faced by the said expressway.
The construction of the new expressway is pointed out as one of the cause of heavy traffic in the NAIA area.
