QUEZON City, Philippines – The Metro Manila Development Authority that they will follow President Rodrigo Duterte’s mandate of quicker processing of documents. According to the new MMDA General Manager Tomas Orbos, the MMDA has a new mandate of ensuring the convenience of the public in availing the MMDA’s services like permits and release of licenses of drivers with violations.
