A part of the road collapses beside a marker in Tingloy, Batangas.   Tingloy is one of the towns hardest hit by the series of quakes that damaged many parts of the province.  Tingloy is one of towns where a state of calamity had been declared following the damage brought about by what PHIVOLCS described as an “earthquake swarm” in the province of Batangas.  (Photo contributed by Brother Ed Hernandez, Eagle News Service)
