Spanish police said on August 21, 2017 that they have identified the driver of the van that mowed down pedestrians on the busy Las Ramblas boulevard in Barcelona, killing 13.

Spanish police on August 18 released the names of three Moroccans suspected of deadly terror attacks and who were shot dead overnight by security forces in the seaside resort of Cambrils. Police said they were searching for a fourth suspect, Younes Abouyaaqoub, aged 22.
