MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday, November 15, witnessed the signing of agreements between China and the Philippines in Malacañang Palace.
The two leaders also delivered a joint statement and proceeded to grace the ceremonial launching of the Binondo-Intramuros and Estrella Pantaleon Bridges Project, and the Dangerous Drugs Abuse Treatment Rehabilitation Center Project.
President Duterte is also set to host a state banquet for the visiting Premier.
The Philippines and China signed 14 cooperation documents on trade, economic and technical cooperation, infrastructure projects, environment and climate change, science and technology, defense, youth, and on bond issuance.
