QUEZON City, Philippines – Severe tropical storm “Nina” continues to gather strength as it nears Borongan, Eastern Samar. “Nina” is moving in a western-northwestern direction at the speed of 20 kilometers per hour. The PAGASA said that “Nina” will make landfall on December 25 and will be felt in Metro Manila on December 26. “Nina” will leave the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday, December 27.
