QUEZON City, Philippines – As of now, there is no position for incoming Vice Presiding Leni Robredo in the Cabinet of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte, with Duterte saying that he is prioritizing those that he could trust. Duterte also made joke, wishing that Robredo would not stab him in the back, in response to questions regarding Robredo’s role in his government.
According to Robredo, she has no problems regarding what Cabinet position would be given to her. Senator Alan Peter Cayetano added that Robredo may be placed in the National Anti- Poverty Commission or Council.
