The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board gave its good news to the public, announcing that there will be no fare increase on all kinds of public utility vehicles this holiday season as well as at the beginning of 2016. LTFRB added that there will also be no jeepney phase-out and asked jeepney drivers and operators to maintain the road worthiness of their vehicles.
