THE new cabinet members of incoming President-elect Rodrigo “Rody” Duterte await a lifestyle change once they assume office in Malacañang on June 30.
According to incoming Social Welfare Secretary Judy Taguiwalo, the former Davao City Mayor wants the new administration to live simply and should not use luxury vehicles in their trips. This means taking economy class flights, and banning junkets.
Meanwhile, incoming DSWD Secretary Taguiwalo commended this policy.
“I’m happy with that kind of announcement, because I think that’s a good start,” she said. (Eagle News)
