MAKATI City, April 15 (Eagle News) –The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) plan to amend several provisions of the Air Passengers Bill of Rights, in particular, the banning of overbooking of domestic flights during peak seasons.
