No order yet from President Duterte on Marcos compromise deal, says Aguirre

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said that President Rodrigo Duterte has yet to order Cabinet officials to study the proposed compromise deal submitted by Marcos loyalist Atty. Oliver Lozano.

Aguirre also said that he had not seen the compromise agreement with the Marcoses but will of course study it once ordered to do so.

The compromise agreement states that the Marcoses will give part of their wealth to the government in exchange for dismissing charges against the Marcos family.
