As part of the security measures implemented for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Philippine Coast Guard implemented a “no-sail” zone in the Manila Bay while the Philippine Air Force implemented a “no-fly” zone inside a 140 nautical mile-radius from Luneta.
