QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections – through a tweet made by COMELEC spokesperson James Jiminez – will stop conducting voters’ registration from December 24 – 25 and December 31 – January 1. Voters’ registration will resume from December 26 – December 30 and onward from January 2 to April 29, 2017.
