QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte warned about the possibility of the New People’s Army (NPA) adopting terrorist tactics.
Duterte said that the NPA already tried conventional warfare and guerrilla warfare but lost to the government.
Duterte said that the NPA remains a serious threat to the country.
