NTC asks Telcos to include average internet speed in ads

MANILA, Philippines, August 18 (Eagle News) — According to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), telecommunications companies are now obliged to include in their advertisement the average speed of their internet speed through a current memorandum-circular.

Studies show that the Philippines has the second-slowest internet speed in Asia and the 62nd most expensive internet charge.
