OCD hopes that many will participate in the nationwide earthquake drill on April 21

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Office of Civil Defense is hoping that many will participate in the nationwide earthquake drill on April 21. This is the first quarterly earthquake drill for 2016 and will be led by the OCD and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
