(Eagle News) — The Embassy of the Philippines in Riyadh advised Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) there to be alert and vigilant after a ballistic missile from Yemen was intercepted by the Saudi Arabian Air Defense Systems.
This was even if the embassy said there have been no reports of damages to property or life.
The embassy also encouraged OFWs to immediately report any information if any Filipino has been affected in the incident.
Yemen’s Houthi rebels allegedly fired the ballistic missile on Wednesday, April 11.
