MANILA, Philippines – According to the Commission on Elections, it is all-systems go for the overseas absentee voting which will commence on April 9 and will last until May 9. COMELEC added that it is expecting the success of said voting as well as a large voter turn-out. A total of 129 vote-counting machines will be deployed to 30 different overseas posts.
