Some provinces in the country is expected to experience the severe drought conditions in years, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its advisory.
PAGASA said the latest rainfall caused by typhoon “Lando” is not enough in the depleting water supply that has been recorded in some areas of the country.
Provinces that will likely experience drought are the provinces of Quezon, Camarines Norte, Northern Samar and Western Samar. (Eagle News Service)
