QUEZON City, Philippines, May 21 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that it will formally adopt the usage of Signal No. 5 or Super-Typhoon in its category of warning signals. Signal No. 5 or Super-typhoon means that the weather disturbance possesses strong winds with the speed of 220 km/h.
