QUEZON City, Philippines, June 30 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is currently monitoring two low pressure areas (LPA) that is approaching the Philippine area of responsibility.
Said LPA’s have the possibility of becoming storms and are strengthening the “habagat” which brings heavy rain in the majority of the country.
