(Eagle News) — The northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.
As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.
Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon, PAGASA said, will have cloudy skies with light rains.
The rest of Northern Luzon, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA said moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters are expected in the country.
