According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Ilocos Region, Benguet, Abra, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Occidental Mindoro, as a result, will experience monsoon rains.

Flooding and rain-induced landslides due to scattered to widespread moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will experience occasional rains.

Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA said Luzon and Visayas will experience moderate to strong winds and coastal waters.

Mindanao will have light to moderate rains and slight to moderate coastal waters.
