(Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is currently monitoring the progress of a tropical depression outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), with the weather bureau saying that there is a little chance said tropical depression of entering the PAR.
