(Eagle News) — The Manila Regional Trial Court has found probable cause for the drug charges filed by the Department of Justice against alleged drug distributor Kerwin Espinosa. Amid rains, water levels in three major dams in Luzon rise

(Eagle News) — The water levels in three major dams in Luzon have risen as a result of the rains in the past few days, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
