Pacquiao wants the firing squad for drug smugglers

In Proclamation No. 556, Duterte said the declaration was in observance of Eid’l Adha celebrated by those subscribing to the Islamic faith. He noted that Republic Act No. 9849 provides that Eid’l Adha be observed as a regular holiday.
