(Eagle News) –Dinalupihan and Balanga in Bataan were placed under a state of calamity as heavy monsoon rains continued to pound those areas on Sunday, July 22. (Eagle News)—-Tropical Depression “Josie” is now traversing the Babuyan Group of Islands, moving in an east northeast direction slowly.
